I was okay for a while, but I ran out of energy around 20 minutes.  I ran yesterday, so that's probably why I had low energy levels.

Run again tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that.

If there is one thing I've learned from this website it is that you will recover quicker and get stronger faster by running every day instead of taking a day off because you think your body needs it. I only take Sundays off and I've never felt better.

Once I started running 5-6 days a week I went from running 4 miles to 6 and 7 miles within a month. And I have yet to really be sore.
