Ran on a treadmill after lifting weights.  I've continued to prove my hypothesis that I run sooooooo much better in the morning than any other time (0.05 level of significance).

you know, ultras generally start pretty early in the morning, so you should run great in one of them...

(and i'm loving the statistical analysis of the time-of-day-significance...)
