Ran on treadmill for 30 minutes after a solid back/biceps workout.  That reminds me, there should be a heavy lifting blog

Ran around campus with Lindsay I haven't run outside in a while, and it had just rained so it was nice and cool.  More importantly, I got to run with my favorite person!!!
